By handling much of the work effort in-house (including the "shooting" of the gunite and tile installation) Viola Associates is unmatched in its ability to get the job done in an extraordinarily timely manner. Every pool is built to the highest standards in the industry and each project is personally inspected by John Viola, himself. Viola Associates is also receptive to rehabbing existing pools by installing new tile, replacing pool equipment, upgrading to a salt water sanitization system, or adding a Pebbletec finish bringing "new life" to a tired amenity. All Service Technicians are Massachusetts State "CPO" certified having received their professional designation and technical training through the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals ("APSP"). Whether it's a Pool Opening, Closing, Mid-Season Tune-up, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, or Bi-Monthly cleaning - the dedicated Viola staff is committed to prompt and excellent service. A six month "Winter Service" program, Swimming Pool Inspections and Surveys are also available. The Viola Associates Repair Division is exceptionally well qualified to address any equipment problems. Technical expertise includes a comprehensive knowledge of Jandy and Polaris EOS Programming, Filter, Heat, Pump, and Lighting Replacement, Plumbing Repair, Polaris Cleaner Service & Maintenance, and Pressure Testing. Viola Associates is also an authorized representative for the sale and installation of Loop-Loc safety covers and Baby-Loc fences.
